Yay! Merry Christmas Memories

Wishing you all a very wonderful, happy, hilarious, spectacular Christmas celebration. Still waiting for Santa though. Advice to all my fellow peeps. Eat all you can...I have laxatives for you. Enough of em' too.

Well, its never too much to say cuz I'm feeling this year's Christmas than the one of the previous year. Merry Christmas again and much love from us at mikesfrequency (*wink*).

So I decided I must write something nice for you all in this wonderful season and not just anything, its a hilarious conversation between 2 versions of Father Christmas on the Humor Page. Before I do that, what's the plural of Father Christmas and secondly didn't you use to hate that his annoying laughter...as in Ho Ho Ho Ho...what's that?

Mehn...I'm just pitying the ones unborn with the rate of civilization and technology advancement.
I could just imagine taking my child to Father Christmas Grotto...wait a minute I still remember that word...Grotto! They put all those mat-like things on the wall of the place and the queue you have to endure to see that white-bearded dude?...endless!

And I can remember those days of waiting in the queue and I'm eager to see him and when it gets to your turn...Voila!...Tears, Screaming...Take me away from him...He's scary!

Good ol' days...
Recalling the good times. Okay! Now I always thought that red-white costumed dude was the real Santa. I always wondered where he slept, how he got there, where he got the gifts. Endless questions...till one day I saw a pack of Jollof Rice and tiny Meat in my gift pack and I'm like What?

Santa cooks too? Wish there was Mother Christmas to help out. Thats unfair!
So here's the piece I've dedicated to everyone out there.

New Skin

So I think most times of what to write and its like its not flowing well these days.

Its easy to point fingers at the stressful schedule and things I've been so so occupied with. As in, my hands just hover over the keyboard attimes like one desperate mosquito that just cited its prey and I just wanna write something but it doesn't come or should I say it comes but its not just up to standard.

Then I realized something that in a way I wasn't considering my audience but instead on publishing that hit note that will literally blow you away from your keyboard. (As in, imagine yourself literally being blown away, the slow motion, Hollywood effects, etc). You see what I'm saying, what was all that about. arrgggh!

Okay so I guess I was just concerned about me (very bad, shey?) Well, I plan to launch a new section of the blog for mainly Discussions. i.e. Forum kinda thing whilst still keeping the others fresh and sizzling with improved contents.

So just to add. mikesfrequency will be wearing a new skin with effect from Dec 22nd 2010 till January 2011 just to flow with the mood of the season.

Merry Christmas to all my readers. I Love you all!

Best Weekend

I am so glad the blog is back to normal. I changed the looks for a while for those who noticed but I still wasn't satisfied cuz the Jeans thingy is more of a trademark you know. The website that hosts my background Denim page had technical issues which resulted to the blog's distorted interface.

Glad to be back again and I promise not to be too far from you for this long again. Your readership is what makes me keep writing to inspire and a for the comments...superb!

My weekend was fun and one of the best I've had in a while! Want me to spill the beans?...naaaa. I'll tell you bout the other things that made it worthwhile such as the Annual Winners Chapel Programme known as Shiloh 2010 tagged 'Breakthrough Unlimited'.

Shiloh 2010 programme was indeed impactful and its Breakthrough Unlimited indeed for me. *wink*

Well please don't forget to check out the latest piece I wrote some weeks back.

Down for Days

Really really really sorry for the state of this blog...It's not pleasing but I can assure you measures are being put in place by the Technical Team.hahahahahaha....me of course.

Okay but to be candid I'm working on making major changes without still affecting the quality of the page in the midst of my bee-like day.

Tomorrow is a big day for me...The Experience 2010. I've never been there and I look forward to it seriously. Well just for those who don't know, its a Gospel Concert that holds yearly and is organised by Pastor Paul Adefarasin of the 'House on the Rock' Church with partnership from other churches such as the RCCG, TREM, Living Faith Ministries and a whole lot more.

The best part is Gospel artists from all over the world are usually invited to grace the often filled-to-the-brim concert held in Tafawa Balewa Square. You get to see the likes of Don Moen, Fred Hammond, Mary Mary, Papa San, etc for free.

Its a time to lift up hearts to the one true God in the peaceful aura of worship.

I just can't wait...

Thanks again for your patience and this error would be resolved soon.

Neighbour Market

Wondering the concept shey?

Really would have loved to know the meaning too but unfortunately I don't.

Mehn, one can't just rule out and ignore how vital people networking is. I've seen people rise due to the contacts they kept in touch with and also seen people crash due to the neglect of that vital social phenomenon.
So really if you're the introverted kind, you can like to extrovert yourself cuz its Information that rules the world now and staying relevant with up-to-date info is the hallmark of good ambassadors of the Neighbour Market.

So you think your job is cool?
Wait till you hear the testimony of that guy you met in the bus and you thought it was okay for you to keep listening to your jamz on your phone or iPod.

He doesn't have to be the one but he might just be the link between you and the 'one'.

Lessons I've learnt the easy and hard way is to never ever look down on anyone!

I hope you learn from that too as you go on to have a really nice day...

Fingers crossed

So its a Friday...great weekend awaits you all.
Been getting encouraging feedback from you readers and I must say I'm motivated to write more.

If you haven't read the 'Patrick' series on the Humor section, then you're missing. And hey!...guess what Myne Whitman is coming Nigeria. Well, I think you should google the name if you're not familiar.

Looking forward to meeting her at the Soul Storm Soiree - a gathering of poets and authors on 4th of December, 2010.
Also hoping to get positive feedback from a newspaper. 'mikesfrequency' should move to the next level...don't you think?

Well, thanks for your constant support and keep reading!

Hahahaha!!! Blogsville hereby announces the arrival of the much-awaited, much anticipated...return of mikesfrequency!

After so much silence, across many hurdles, in-spite of all obstacles...I am officially glad to tell my fellow bloggers and readers that I am back! (seriously I love exclamation marks, shey?).
Okay, enough of the drama jare...

The koko of the matter. i.e. the bone of contention, is that you should get ready for rich contents that will come your way very soon. Back into civilization at last. To God be all the glory.

I've missed Myne Whitman's lovely stories and debates, Afrosays silly and hillarious write-ups, Harry Itie's write-ups, Edna's stories, El-Fiz's inspiring posts, D-i's poems and lots more...

I've missed you commenters too and for the new friends I made, feel free to join...

Lessons from the Mine

"All 33 Chilean miners have all been rescued!", the voice announced from the radio this morning.

I was elated.

This is really a world class show of endurance, love and leadership. I mean, my hero of the day is the Shift Foreman of the mine, Luis Urzua who came out last as proposed due to his vital role.

That guy is a true leader. I mean think of it, they experienced unfavourable temperature and pressure at that depth with some of them with ailments such as diabetes.
But u know when ur out of options, there's tendency to freak out...no sunlight, no normal life, just in one enclosed room 700ft underground with 33 men for 69 days. A'int no joke mehn.

50 satellites were deployed to cover the 2010 SA World Cup but amazingly 52...I mean 72 satellites stayed on their watch, the whole of Chile was glued to their TVs, the President was outside the mine waiting and praying and relatives obviously weren't left out.

The drama was so intense and eventually all 33 came out. It just shows that nothing sure binds than people going through adversity together and encouraging one another.

Like their famous chant I also join them to say Viva Chile!

I hope we adopt this culture and also put in prayers flood victims in some parts of Lagos and Ogun State in Nigeria. As you do so, you'll never be forgotten in your time of need (Amen).

Lagos, Ogun and Chile

Feels good to be blogging right now although the news haven't been encouraging. Those 3 places right now need prayers more than ever.

Some parts of Lagos and Ogun State have been experiencing flooding of recent which has led to loss of lives and property. So whether or not you know where this is or about it, just spare 15 minutes of your time today to put this people in prayers.

So much for just 33 men you might say but its just one story that has touched me sincerely also, speaking of the 33 trapped miners in Chile. Trapped for over 10 weeks underground ain't no joke o. Also put them in prayers and I'm certian something positive will come out of this.

I also found out some interesting facts which I'd like you to read in my latest note on the raw talk page which is:

Silly

Hope you had a great weekend? I hope you did anyways and if not, then get ready for a wonderful day ahead of you. Yeah, I said so.

How many ants does it take to make a landlord happy???

Ten-ants!!
C'mon! Some humor at least.

Ok I was asked answers to some riddles by my lil ones over the weekend which I hardly got. Part of which I put above. Then I guess they ran out of riddles and decided to form theirs, so I heard this hilarious one again:

niece: I am something, the police likes me and even everybody, what am I?
neph: Gun, got it! got it!
niece: shut up!
me: um...lemme see..Food?
niece: food ko..food ni
niece: how come u guys don't know, it's Bribe!

Can u imagine even kids are aware of our Men in Black's green friend. God help us all.

So whatever you do, don't forget that a frown smile is a curve that can straighten out a lot of things.

Its glad to be back from the weekend after series of activities.

Asides the independence celebrations, twas a privilege to attend a powerful 2-day Summit over the weekend and I can say the effect will be felt for ever.

Part of the things I was reminded of was the fact that Knowledge is the new world currency. Lions feed on fresh meat which is why they are strong and command respect. It takes a lion heart to have a lion share in life. So knowledge increases your leverage in life.

Wish you a great day!

Happy Independence Nigeria!

Using this medium to wish all proud Nigerians a wonderful 50th Independence Anniversary. I'm proud to be a Nigerian and this is indeed a time to be thankful despite the hitches.

Nigeria is a blessed country speaking of mineral resources, human resources and a high potential for growth.

Looking at it glass half-full, it could have been worse than this but God's unconditional grace stills keeps holding her strong and rocksolid.
We are everywhere, still standing ROCKSOLID, No shaking...You just watch the Naija brand grow past world standards.

God bless Nigeria!

So I decided I'll share the reason why I haven't been so all consistent to sharing the usual fresh talks on this page which you could give another name called 'Excuses'.

Excuses they say devalue a man so I'm not going to tell you I've been busy of late or not had much time to myself or that I didn't have access to the internet for a while. hmm...somethings sounds so obvious a'int it?

I won't even try to explain that, its definitely not necessary as I know for a certainty that you've been inspired from this blog.

Code 419

Never felt better as I type this words. This is one of the spots where my passion resides. Writing to bless, sharing to elevate, getting those feedbacks...nothing can beat that.

Don't know who to blame for this, whether the government, family system or whatever...but its alarming the number of fraud mails I've been getting these past few weeks. Some with very eye-catching offers that any greedy person would fall for.

Seriously I almost laughed off my seat when I read a particular guy's story telling me he was the manager of a bank and discovered some unclaimed funds in a particular account he was managing for some former politicians and that it had this outrageous sum of money in it and he felt he could transfer it to mine.
I don't want to bore you with details but to cut the long story he proposed we share 60-40 and I'm like what is running through this dude's mind?

I know most of these people don't care but I know the reply I sent him sure had a fragment of impact. Its just sad that its on the increase, talking about fraud and scams... but really who is to blame?

Everyone just wants that 'Big One-time Hit' and most don't want to pay the price of Work. 'No food for lazy man' adage is just a fallacy to some...The lazy man evens eats better and looks healthier than the hardworking one.

May God help us all...

Award Winner!!!...Story to tell

Haha! Sure you're wondering who the award winner is...We'll soon get to know

Over a month ago, a piece was commemorated to the edifying of mankind. Town and Gown was present, dignitaries were happy and got to the event place at the speed of a mouse click.
Dress code was strictly Denim, even the interior decoration was denim...Wow!

Events kicked off as the months rolled by and it was the delight of the visitors to come pay a visit to the monumental piece and they were never dissapointed. They  always left lighter in the heart and stronger in the mind. In other words, the grass was green and sheep always came to graze.

But before long, the owner got occupied and commitment dropped. This was annoying...so this was what he did...

You like stories ooo, see how you so concentrated on the sweet story line...I bet I have talents right?
Ok just want to say how sorry I am for not posting much of late...In fact I'm the award winner for the award of Uncommitted blogger of the month.

But I betcha its all for the good cuz I'll be back soon and with a bang!

What?!!!

You will soon know why that title came to be.

Before I tell you why, lets make sure of something...You have eaten this morning right? Or...ok you're going to eat sometime later today or at most tomorrow, right?

Well, its really essential to feed, I mean its needed to keep body and soul intact. I support you eat right too you know. But Do you know something...I feel uncomfortable saying this facts but its for you and I to know and I think my next note on the Raw Talk page will be on this important issue to human existence.

I read something on Yewande's blog and that was what motivated this write-up. The statistics are quite alarming though.

The World Health Organization estimates that one-third of the world is well-fed, one-third is under-fed one-third is starving- Since you've entered this site at least 200 people have died of starvation. Over 4 million will die this year.
In the midst of these some of us abandon that cold food from Tantalizers because we feel its not good again (afterall I can afford another one). You pass by that beggar on the street all in the name of your they-should-get-a-job-and-stop-begging-mentality. maybe you should ask how many graduates have a job now before you shut your windows on them in your cool A/C ride.

Well well...this is probably just a teaser to my upcoming note and I have a feeling I haven't done much justice to my note on 'Rewrite the scripts'. Its so far the my 2nd most-read article and I feel I could beef up the contents. But till then...stay hooked @ moi frequency.

Fresshhh!

Writing is fun especially when the inspiration keeps coming.

Knowing that someone is going to be blessed by what you share is also really encouraging too.
But when someone now tells you that your write-ups have blessed them, that could make you so never want to stop cuz the main essence of whatever we do should be to add value.

People this days seek something new, something different from the usual. Its the reason you refresh that Facebook page every-time to see something different.
Imagine if the page you saw last week was the same thing yesterday and also today, you'll so hate going to Facebook.
Or imagine if you kept hearing the same news on TV everyday, you'll hate TV definitely.

That's man for you. We're built for change, we appreciate change, we crave for it though at-times we day-dream and never rise to effect that change we seek.

Change is sweet but the process to see it work for you requires you to work. The world is changing. You are changing either better or worse.

If you choose to accept what you see, then get ready to live with the negative change that follows.

Explore!   Discover!    Appreciate!    Do it different!    That's the essence of life.

Life is good...Life isn't fair...Either ways you're right...I'll pick the former...Its up to you to make your choice.

My calendar has a quote for September that says:

"to discover new lands we must consent to lose sight of the shore" - Andre Gide

That makes my job easier here, so in essence I say, get tired of normal, be adventurous and you might just discover a new side of you.

Nu monf

Now in a new month, the Ember months are here again.

Wasn't it some few months back you made a resolution for the Year 2010. How have you lived up to them. hm...Thats if you remember them actually. Ok, just to create the awareness for Nigeria's Independence which is 30days away.
You know they say a fool @ 40 is a fool forever but what one one at 50. Its sad the stage were still in.Thanks to our wonderful men in high places. But there's hope because you are, there's hope because we are, there's hope if we choose to make a change and join hands to make Nigeria what it should be.

You will choose not to be just another statistic but a force to be reckoned with. When history is made reference to, your name shall be mentioned...because you chose to stand-out, because you dared to think differently, because you knew your worth, because your foundation and trust was placed on God and because you explored the depths of your God-given potential.

You are unique, You are Y.O.U (Your Own Uniqueness) as seen in a friend's blog.

Hard to swallow, but its true

As always I wish y'all a wonderful week. Hope you read my last post on the Raw talk page but if you didn't, you  can access it here. Its a must read!
There's a video also on the raw talk page that I wouldn't want to talk about. See for yourself and as I tagged it, its so deep you might drown.

Happy with the facts and level of information I come across this days that are just so relevant to the present plight of our environment cuz I've come to realize from a quote I came across one time about success by Alvin Toffler that says:

The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.

Still on the issue of learning coupled with knowledge I must say its just overwhelming and at the same time sad how much one misses with each day that goes by wasted.

Went visiting at a relative's house one time and before I go on I must say, Whenever you have the chance to speak with an elderly person, cherish those moments...They are golden!

So in the process of discussing with him, or should I say listening to him, he made a statement that hit me hard, hard that I swallowed the bitter truth pill of what he said:

He just smiled and said,

"You know what...Knowledge is proud because he knows everything...

???...I was still trying to make sense out of it when he dropped the punchline that followed his first statement and he finished by saying:

"...and wisdom is humble because he still has a lot to learn! "

Such wisdom in words! I guess this is not meant for all to read but maybe for you...Asides the time spent online I'd urge you to bookmark this blog, add to your favourites or something cuz I know I've got a message to share to the world.

Its only a matter of time...

Friturday

I so dislike it when my blog goes for days without some new fresh stuff for my seasoned readers.

I could confidently say..Yeah! As we discussed in the post that talked on tips for the week, the water therapy, the stress relief activities..I would rate 70%. This week has been all for learning...bout life, work, family, friends, etc. From all, its so obvious that the fast spreading slogan, "Knowledge is the new world currency" is not just a slogan but indeed a reality as stressed further on my latest post on the 'Raw Talk' page.
Each day you just notice that there's this insatiable demand for knowledge everywhere.

The week was eventful and I can't believe I wrote into Saturday morning, so that's the reason for that title...very funny indeed.
I think ama stick to this as long as I get the inspiration and you guys keep coming and dropping those constant encouraging messages that keep me going.

Was chatting with a friend and she said, "Your poem on 'Just 4 words' made me cry" and it was both shocking and encouraging at the same time. One thing about the public media is you never know who's watching or reading so I think I shall keep inspiring you and don't you stop coming over here!

Patiently waiting

Just read a friend's blog now and its just funny how everything around is just preaching 'waiting on God'. Definitely no coincidence but He's tryna say something.

How time fles, wasn't it some minutes ago I wished y'all a lovely week in my previous post and its 25th already but God dey. Its funny at times when we are always on the fast lane in life and miss it fast! I mean zooming past ur prepared place. Guess we should all slow down with them hustling, money chase, carrier upgrading et al once in a while and just calm down.

I mean breathe in and breathe out, for once notice the birds and the sky. Life is just too short. So this is just a thought I decided to share as I wait patiently in God's waiting room for that light as depicted by Harry in his post.

You sure don't wanna zoom past ur prepared place as you chase the insatiable perks of life.

A lovely week!

Well, its a happy Sunday to you all!

To my VIP members, commenters, silent and coded visitors (thought I won't catch you shey?) and everyone thats been inspired by coming here, its just the beginning cuz crazy stuffs are still on the way.
Every day is a gift and is enough reason to be thankful to God the creator for being alive.

A new week has rolled in and I want to tell y'all to live the rest of this week like its a Sunday, ok? You know what I mean anyways.

To the Lagos peeps, wish you all the best as you go to your various places.
To my non-Lagos peeps, want you to know Lagos is where its happening o.
And to my janded peeps, yankee peeps and from all over the globe, I wish you also a nice time this week.

Would love to drop a few words before I round-up:
. Eat healthy, drink lots of water and cut down on the sugar , abeg oo (water reduces toxins, aids metabolism and is generally the best fluid to drink).

. When you feel stressed, take a walk, read a relaxing book, hum a song, think of God's love and it might save you the stress of slapping that Danfo driver during the week.

. In the whole 24 hours of the day that you use to sleep, eat, make phone calls, spend in traffic, on the internet, pleazeee  give a portion of it to the one who gave you life to do the other things I mentioned...1 hour is not too much.

After all said and done, I say with much joy...Have a lovely Week!

Sure you're wondering what all this noise is about...even me too I'm stunned at myself.

Well just watch out for that day on 2 blogs and I hope not to leave you in suspense.

Busy busy day it's been especially on a Lagos weekday. Watch out for my latest poem coming out this evening. Even if you don't like poetry, this will get you thinking.
I won't say much about this but do yourself the honour and read some good stuff!
You know I heard someone paraphrase that if you want to hide information from a black man, put it in a book!
What an insult you say! Spare me!
You don't have to read a whole book to get inspired, just one article will do...so what are you waiting for?

Decided to blog this early cuz today is gonna be filled with so much to do and I wouldn't love to leave you hanging.

So I had this chat with a friend yesterday and I got so encouraged to learn something new daily so I decided to share that with you too.
I read this book which was a gift by a very close friend a while ago by John C. Maxwell, 'Leadership Principles for Graduates' and as a subheading on the front cover, there's an inscription that reads thus "Create success one day at a time".  Really makes so much sense as we tend to make good use of the numerous hours our day is loaded with.

So I urge you to learn something new today, a new word, new quote, new verse of the bible that'll inspire you, a new fact...just be ahead of the game cuz you never know when such knowledge comes in handy.

So be good and have a great day!

Committed to you...

Hey there!

sure it's been a lil while and I've been thinking of how to really go beyond what this blog offers.

hmm..noticed the Humor section has suffered some deficiencies which I assure you will soon be fortified with some healthy fun that'll do some good to the body. I mean it takes fewer muscles to smile.

I would like to reiterate and let you know that this is blog is for you so you can send your suggestions on how you think it could be improved by sending them to my personal mail. Behind every successful man is a woman and behind every successful blog is a committed reader who constantly visits not because he's bored but because he/she knows once he gets here...something just sparks off in him/her.

Well, comments have been enabled on the poems by other authors page but for some reasons, I cannot even comment on it so please bear with me for now.

Learnt a lesson today and what that: Always put God first in all you do. When you feel he's far away from you, guess who moved?

TGIF! 11 days and kicking

Had an eventful week and I'd say Thank God It's friday!

In all we do, the habit of giving thanks is so essential and before I continue, I say again Thank you Lord!

Gotten really encouraging feedbacks from all quarters as regards the success of the blog. Its been 11 days since the launch and comments have been very uplifting. Over 600 visitors from Nigeria, Kenya, UK, US, Hungary, and other countries and I'd like to reinstate my commitment to bringing better, funny and inspiring contents your way.

So I thought to myself today, life could be a lot easier if we did the things we knew. Checking through biographies of great people you'd find out that their greatness was developed through the darkest periods of their lives, at times when all odds were against them, when adversity stared at them straight in the face, when people spoke negatively and criticized them, when secret sins made them lose faith in what they believed...these dark periods unconsciously built resilience and formed their character.

So I thought of the many motivational talk programs I've listened to, sermons from eloquent preachers, books I've read and one common trend with them is they say the same things only in different ways and patterns. So maybe life would be a lot easier if we took an extra step to do those things at least one at a time and watch your life grow before your very eyes.

Think you've seen the best on this blog. You're totally wrong!

Lessons of love

Today was filled with lessons which I'd like to share with you.
But first, would like to let you guys know the earlier scheduled interview that was supposed to be featured today has been postponed till tomorrow just to serve you better.

Also to be featured is this great write-up I stumbled upon on Facebook about marriage. It's a great piece by a young lady, Adeleke Adedolapo (a.k.a Lowla Dee). You definitely would not want to miss it.

And before I share the lesson with you, I've included a section for other poets in my Poetry section so please submit your great poems for the world to see...Who knows?

Now to the lesson, this could be a teaser to my next smash hit note which I'd publish soon.
There's nothing as nice as living ready and preparing for unforseen circumstances. In this present day world of nose-diving shares, unpredictable natural disasters and all sorts. It will take only the wise to scale through.

Don't want to bore you with details but all I just want to tell you is live ready and always have the end in mind whatever you do. What impact will what you're currently engaged in have on a long-term basis? Is it worth giving it your all? Are you living just to please man or God your creator? Are you living or existing? If you died today, what would you be known for? This questions at-times help put our life in check.

Life's about balance and we all are learning the art of keeping that scale leveled, so please I implore let's live life with love and balance. You think you're pissed with that loved one? well you have every right to be but you know its lighter to forgive than to nurse that grudge, so swallow your bitter pill of unforgiveness and get that load of your heart. SMILE! :) You never know how younger you look in it. and I'm serious. Now you and I are talking one on one, right? so shake off the burden and give your self that chance to love again. And whatever you do, don't miss tomorrow MUCH-ANTICIPATED INTERVIEW. Be the first to know.

Wish you a nice day...

Upcoming feature

Guess after all, it sure takes discipline to be great.
I finally had the much anticipated interview 2 days ago with the guy I said I'll be featuring shortly on the Interview section of this blog.

It was the highlight of my day and despite the constraints faced, twas a success. I am still editing the parts of the interview and it was such a long talk.

Ok lemme give you just a brief peak into what it is all about.

The innovation is the first in West Africa, could have been the first in Africa but something of that nature had been done already in South Africa by a company.

It is a breath-taking innovation (guess u want me to quit the suspense, but it gets better) . On Monday, it would be broadcasted to the world and for you guys to see and more so you could get to ask me any further questions via my personal mail on whatever you're not clear about on the project.

Much has been said, but I myself cannot wait to feature this breath-taking interview.

'Inception' - another hype?

Guess I could not resist the temptation to write on this much-talked about movie. Well I actually have not seen it yet but after my indepth research I conclude it should be the most asked question for a job interview*chuckles*.

I can imagine you in the interview room and the dude asks…"um..Hey have you seen inception? Then you look puzzled and he looks you straight in the eye and you go like 'Yes of course'. Then he screams, "Dude you are hired!!"

K never mind the silly jokes but Inception from my perspective is not for everyone. It’s a Sci-Fi movie and might remind you of ‘Matrix’ (…hmm I got confused when it got to Matrix Revolution, twas annoying). It takes place in the mind, or many minds if you permit (remember ‘Vantage Point’) and as a whole I think you have to be patient and smart to understand the plot.
And the ending of the movie I learnt is...find out!
The movie is deep and I think I'm going to watch it and if I wish, probably do a nice review on it. So Watch out!
Marion Coutillard
Can't definitely leave out the star casts. It features 34 year old French star, Marion Coutillard (pronounced 'ma-ri-yon  ku-ti-yad) Oscar Award Winner for the movie ‘La vie en Rose’. I remember I watched the video in school then where she was nominated along-side Ellen Page & some other crazy actors.
Then the announcer goes "...and the winner is Marion Coutillard...blah blah blah!" and she was so emotional.
Also mentioned earlier is young and rising star, Ellen Page star actress in the movie 'Juno' and an Oscar nominee for the same movie in 2008 and finally the main bros himself Leonardo Dicaprio - star actor in the 2nd best-selling movie of all-times, Titanic. OK for those movie freaks out there who already know he also starred in Shutter Island and Revolutionary Road.

So if you haven't seen 'Inception', WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR?
